Welcome

I believe that most people are able to see the beauty behind the beast, it’s just whether you choose to see it or not. This goes for photos as well, some may find images of destruction and devastation beautiful, in an arty sense, but others will glance past it and concentrate on the pretty colours of others.

I am determined to make my images look eye-catching, from the way it is taken, to the way in which it is edited. I am also determined to pack my images full of emotion in an atmospheric sense.

I am currently studying photography, media studies and film studies at A-level, and I am determined to study photography at university in 2015. After gaining a degree in photography I hope to secure a job in photographing music events.

Music is, well, magical. It allows you to wrap yourself in millions of different emotions. Music can become your beckon call when you’re in a bad place; it can lift the weight from upon your shoulders when you feel the whole world is against you.

My aim is to capture this essence on camera, I want to show just how powerful music can be, and how it can bring people together - which is a hard task in this day and age.

The aim of this blog is to show people my work and meet other photographers that are photographing the same area as me. I do not consider myself an English master, or a professional photographer; I am simply sharing my experiences and photographs.
